CRISTINA: I HAVE BEEN DESIGNING AND PRODUCING WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS SINCE 2004. I WAS INSPIRED BY MY MOTHER’S CREATIVITY IN CREATING FLORALS FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS AND QUICKLY LEARNED THAT THIS WAS AN ART I WANTED TO CONTINUE TO PRODUCE. MY BUSINESS CAME TO LIFE IN 2005 AS “UNFORGETTABLE EVENTS” AND HAVE WORKED WITH COUNTLESS BRIDES AND AS A PREFERRED VENDOR FOR MANY VENUES. IN 2012, I REBRANDED AND LAUNCHED MY NEW BUSINESS NAME AS POSH PEONY, WHICH BETTER ENCOMPASSES WHO WE ARE CREATIVELY AND WHAT WE DO EFFORTLESSLY.

EACH LEAD DESIGNER HAS A TEAM OF ASSISTANTS THAT HELP ORGANIZE AND INSTALL OUR EVENTS. WE “DESIGN” AND PRIDE OURSELVES IN EVERY EVENT WE CREATE AND MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE COMPLETELY DEDICATED TO OUR CLIENTS AND THEIR VISION. WE DO NOT HAVE “PACKAGES’ BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY EVENT, BIG OR SMALL, REGARDLESS OF BUDGET, IS UNIQUE AND ONE OF KIND. WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ALL TYPES OF EVENTS SUCH AS: QUINCEAÑERAS, SWEET 16, BAR MITZVAHS, ANNIVERSARIES, BRIDAL / BABY SHOWERS, AND ANY AND ALL CORPORATE EVENTS. ALL SERVICES ARE CUSTOM CREATED TO FIT YOUR NEEDS, STYLE, AND BUDGET.

CLIENTS: DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AND DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

CRISTINA: PAYMENT PLANS CAN BE INCORPORATED AS MONTHLY, BI-MONTHLY, OR WHATEVER WORKS BEST FOR YOU. ALL FINALIZED DETAILS AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO GUARANTEE OUR PRODUCTION. AN INITIAL 25% NON-FUNDABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE AND START THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR EVENT. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, OR CREDIT CARDS VIA PAYPAL.

 

CLIENTS: HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU DESIGN OR TAKE ON PER DAY?

CRISTINA: WE ARE A FULL SERVICE FLORAL DESIGN AND LINEN PRODUCTION FIRM THAT SERVICES MULTIPLE VENUES AND EVENTS PER DAY DUE TO OUR LARGE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION TEAM. ALTHOUGH IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WE PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL SERVICES TO OTHER WEDDINGS/EVENTS/VENUES PER DAY, WE DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN ONE LARGE EVENT ON THE SAME DAY. EACH EVENT IS EQUIPPED WITH A LEAD DESIGNER AND ASSISTANTS TO HANDLE EVERY DETAIL. THIS ALLOWS FOR US TO BE FULLY COMMITTED TO ALL OUR CLIENTS AND SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE EACH EVENT FLAWLESSLY ON THAT DAY.

CRISTINA: WE WORK BEST WITH CLIENTS THAT ARE COMFORTABLE WITH A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS TO DESIGN AN AMAZING EVENT. WE ENJOY CLIENTS WHO ARE OPEN MINDED TO NEW IDEAS AND WHO ARE NOT AFRAID TO TRY NEW CONCEPTS OR GIVE US THE LIBERTY TO BE CREATIVE. OUR CLIENTS DON’T ALWAYS KNOW WHAT THEY WANT AND AREN’T ALWAYS ORGANIZED, AND THAT’S OKAY!
