Let’s Celebrate!

Hey Beautiful Brides! We LOVE the opportunity to feature our amazing clients as we celebrate their wedding anniversaries! This week we discuss all things luxury with this dreamy blush and cream wedding at the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Beach! We want to wish a huge Congratulations to Heather & Alec on their marriage and also their sweet little babe to be that’s on the way! Dreamy Wedding Venue

Talk about an unforgettable wedding venue! If you are looking for that coastal vibe, the Pelican Hill Resort is the perfect spot! It is a beautiful 5 Star Luxury Hotel and Resort that definitely raises the bar when it comes to elegance! It has acres upon acres offering up beautiful landscapes, private bungalows, villas and more! It’s no wonder our bride and groom decided to select this location for their venue! The amount of scenic moments this wedding venue has to offer is off the charts. There are romantic walkways, incredible ocean views and even fine Italian architecture all around. Truly stunning!  

Ceremony Magic!

The first thing you’ll notice about this ceremony venue is the large and classically designed dome smack dab in the center overlooking the ocean. It is filled with great big pillars, bright flowing curtains, beautiful chandelier accents and terra-cotta style tiles. We couldn’t help but play into this classic and elegant design system as we added in our Posh Peony floral magic! This venue stands on its own but it was such a fun opportunity for us to add in those perfect touches of blush and cream floral accents featuring our high crystal vases and stands. 

The rich green grass provided such a nice contrast for the fresh cream, blush and ivory backdrop and color palette. Any time we are able to create arrangements for the wedding aisle it always adds in such great features to the wedding decor system. You’ll notice the bases for the floral arrangements that line the aisles are set in mirrored cubes that provided an elegant look to the wedding aesthetic. This day could not have been more perfect from the beautiful shining sun to the ocean view, the dreamy landscape to the perfect bride and groom! 

Luxury Reception

Wedding centerpieces are so special to create. These are the pieces that set the vibe and play into the aesthetic for your wedding reception. It’s important that you know the space you will be working with as well as table size and shape so that you can gauge the appropriate size and proportions for your wedding centerpieces. We kept the blush and cream theme going strong as we opted for bold and rounded centerpieces built with cream garden roses, pink majolica spray roses, white spray roses, hydrangeas and ivory roses. Hydrangeas are great flowers to use for centerpieces as they serve as an incredibly strong foundational flower that is meant to be built up as you will notice in the pictures shown.

We played on the gold accents and clear glass candle holders as we once again incorporated our tall crystal trumpet flare vases used as the bases for several of the centerpieces. We were able to add variety and contrast to the reception simply by adding in varying heights for the foundation of the centerpieces. The room really came together as a result of the proper use of balance and incorporation of the color scheme and palette. Blush and cream goals!

Bridal Bouquet

You know we love sharing opportunities for educational moments for you, our brides!
